about the services
Once you book a custom design, I’ll reach out via email to gather your story details, design preferences, and any inspiration you’d like to share. Within 14 business days, you’ll receive 1–2 mockups to choose from. After you select your favorite, you’ll get two rounds of revisions to refine it to perfection. Once approved, you’ll receive your final, high-resolution files—ready for eBook, paperback, or hardcover.
You’ll receive all the high-quality, ready-to-use files you need for publishing and promotion.

eBook Covers: Delivered as a high-resolution JPEG (300 DPI) optimized for digital platforms such as Amazon KDP, Apple Books, and Kobo.

Paperback & Hardcover Wraps: Provided as print-ready PDFs (300 DPI, CMYK color profile) customized to your trim size, spine width, and printer specifications (KDP, IngramSpark, etc.).

Additional Designs (bookmarks, headers, etc.): Usually delivered as JPEGs or PNGs for online use, with PDFs available for print upon request.
All final files are delivered via email or download link, and you’ll retain full usage rights for your purchased formats.

Yes! Each cover can be extended into a paperback or hardcover wrap customized to your trim size, page count, and print platform (KDP, IngramSpark, etc.). If you start with an eBook cover, I can easily create the print wrap later to match it seamlessly.
Turnaround time depends on the project’s complexity and your response time for approvals. Typically:

Custom eBook covers: 2–3 weeks

Print wraps or add-ons: 1–2 weeks

Full branding sets or multiple items: 3–4 weeks
Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee—just ask when you inquire!

Each custom project includes two rounds of revisions. If you’d like additional changes afterward—like a new title, font swap, or extra concept—those can be added for a small fee. My goal is to make sure you’re completely happy with the final result.
Minor revision round (small text or color edits): $30 per round
Major revision round (composition, image swap, layout rework): $75 per round
Once you purchase a premade cover, I’ll remove it from the shop immediately (it’s exclusive and sold only once) and contact you within 24–48 hours to customize your title and author name. You’ll receive your finalized eBook file shortly after, along with options to add paperback or hardcover wraps.
Because each design is custom or exclusive, all sales are final once work has begun or files are delivered. However, I’ll work closely with you throughout the process to ensure your satisfaction. You can read the full policy on the Returns & Refunds page for details.
You may use your purchased design for marketing materials like social media graphics, banners, or digital ads related to your book. However, reselling or using the artwork for merchandise (e.g., T-shirts, posters, mugs) requires a separate extended license. Please reach out before producing physical merchandise.
